Ils veulent des produits plus incarn\u00e9s (histoire, univers, valeurs) et plus intelligents (format pratique, transparence, coh\u00e9rence).<\/p>\n<p>Voici le tour d\u2019horizon des grandes tendances qui fa\u00e7onneront 2026.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le no\/low continue\u2026 mais en version premium<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les boissons sans alcool ou \u00e0 faible teneur en alcool ne sont plus des substituts. Ce sont d\u00e9sormais des cat\u00e9gories \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re. En 2026, la cl\u00e9 n\u2019est plus seulement la mod\u00e9ration, c\u2019est l\u2019exp\u00e9rience :<br \/>\ntexture, complexit\u00e9 aromatique, rituel de consommation.<\/p>\n<p>Ce que \u00e7a change pour les marques :<br \/>\nle packaging ne doit plus crier \u201calternative\u201d. Il doit assumer un univers premium, avec des codes emprunt\u00e9s aux spiritueux, \u00e0 la parfumerie ou aux cocktail bars.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le \u201czebra striping\u201d : alterner devient socialement normal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une tendance forte observ\u00e9e dans les bars et les \u00e9v\u00e9nements : alterner un drink alcoolis\u00e9 puis un no\/low. L\u2019objectif ?
